About Me
Hello! I’m Tal Hirshberg, an attorney, entrepreneur, and lifelong problem-solver based in New York City. With a passion for both the law and the fast-paced world of startups, I’ve dedicated my career to blending legal expertise with strategic innovation. Whether it’s setting up a new law firm, building the future of digital legacy platforms, or negotiating complex contracts, I thrive on challenges that allow me to think outside the box.
My Journey
I’ve spent years working with clients across various sectors, from startups to established businesses, providing legal guidance in areas such as digital estates, intellectual property, and corporate law. As an attorney, I’m always focused on finding creative, efficient solutions for my clients, helping them navigate complex legal frameworks while protecting their long-term interests.
My entrepreneurial spirit led me to explore the startup world, where I’ve worked on exciting projects like AFTR, a digital legacy platform that allows people to craft how they’ll be remembered after they’re gone. My ability to adapt and tackle new challenges has been essential in this journey, helping me bridge the gap between law, technology, and business.
Beyond the Office
When I’m not drafting contracts or strategizing for startups, I’m often found in the stands cheering on the New York Knicks—my love for sports fuels my competitive nature, and I draw a lot of inspiration from the energy of the game. I also have a bit of a soft spot for Lego, which I find to be the perfect blend of creativity and problem-solving. (Yes, I’m that guy who gets lost in a Lego set for hours!)
As a proud dad, I believe in balancing work with family, and I’m always looking for ways to bring creativity and energy to everything I do—whether it’s in the boardroom or at home.
What Drives Me
At the heart of everything I do is a belief that the best solutions come from collaboration and a willingness to experiment. I approach each project with curiosity, taking the time to understand the needs and challenges involved before crafting innovative solutions. My work isn't just about the law; it’s about helping people—and businesses—thrive in a rapidly changing world.
I’m always up for a conversation about the future of legal tech, digital legacies, or the next big startup idea. Let’s connect!
